My journey to becoming vegan has not been easy for me because of learning how to create . The decision was more spiritual and important than a quick " influence-by-people." kind of thing. It came to me when I was alone and I must say it was emotional, this blog post is not about this at all but about smoothie bowls. I found that my breakfast can become healthier and more fun to make when I combined different fruits and vegetables in a blender and waited for the pretty outcome. They joy I have developed making these smoothie bowls almost every morning is indescribable. I would like to share a few recipes of how I make my mornings worthwhile.
